Tony and Sarah at the East Naples store are amazing. They personally delivered an item to my home and Mike Sr and Jack at Bonita Sorings store were so helpful when they did not have the item I needed in store

It's the staff. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. Needed to cap out a non functional gas line so couldn't get it wrong. Team at Ace helped me with fittings and when I needed to exchange 1 piece, no issues or lip. They just did it.

Associate Dominick greeted me as I entered Sunshine Ace Hardware on Tamiami Tr East, Naples, FL today and helped me find what I needed, including accessories. This is a terrific store because of the attention the associates give to each customer. I always leave with what I came for, and my time is not wasted trying to look for something or someone to help me. They work together to answer questions. Always pleasant and alwaus helpful.. Terrific store!

I had to leave a review for how amazing and friendly the staff is here. I had to get keys made and came down this way because F Home Depot- it’s so nice to have a hometown feeling store! I was directed through the store to where I needed to get the keys made all the workers made sure I got there ok and asked if I needed help! It was clean and just a great vibe. Such a good experience. Thank you for an amazing store you guys are doing great!

I have Home Depot to the left and Lowes to the right and where do I shop?? I shop at Ace Hardware on East Trail because they not only have all the products that the big box stores have BUT Ace Hardware on East Trail has Mr. Dominick Zappia and that is the big difference. With the decorating season demanding so much of my time I was in a rush to get a few products. I ran into the store walked to the massive screws, bolts, nuts section and was overwhelmed. I looked up and there stood Dominick Zappia with a smile on his face and a kind question...."May I help you?" I was so grateful because he walked up to me to offer his knowledge of the stock on hand. Within minutes Dominick located every item for me. What a wonderful service he provided and he saved me time and helped me avoid any frustration. Thank you, Dominick Zappia for being there for me and for being such a good man. You are a credit to the ACE / Wynn family reputation. Because of you, I will continue shopping in your store.
